Salty Cake with Broccoli & Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 1 roll

  • Broccoli 300 g

  • Smoked salmon 300 g

  • 2 Eggs

  • Ricotta cheese 200 g

  • Salt to your taste

  • Pepper to your taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil to your taste

Instructions:

To prepare the exquisite quiche with broccoli and salmon, start by cleaning the broccoli, then cook them in boiling water for 3 or 4 minutes. Chop them into pieces, then in a bowl, break two eggs and add the ricotta, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, place the broccoli and salmon on it, and cover them with the egg and ricotta mixture. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
